Payment and Cancellation Policy

To reserve a spot in any of our academic courses, an initial partial payment is required. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the participant decides not to continue with the registration process or fails to complete the remaining balance.

It is the participant’s responsibility to:

  • Choose the payment method for the remaining balance. If a payment link is used, an additional 11% fee will apply due to withholding taxes. Cash payments do not incur any additional charges.
  • Be fully aware of the course format, especially if it is an in-person course held in Medellín, Colombia, as this condition is non-modifiable and non-refundable due to lack of awareness or change of decision.

In cases of force majeure, the participant must contact us via email at cursomicrocirugiamedellin@gmail.com for individual case evaluation. However, we reserve the right to approve or deny such requests.
